We are currently looking for an enthusiastic professional to join our Global Investigator Grants Team as a:

Budget Analyst

You will part of a global team responsible for the management and preparation of global investigator budgets.

Your main responsibilities as a Budget Analyst would require for you to manage the preparation, review and finalization of global investigator grant budgets and payment schedules for multiple international clinical trials. You will be involved in the process of negotiating the budget parameters with the clients and communicating with the local project teams the budget frames and the procedures to be followed.

As part of the team you will be required to establish effective relationships with the clients and the internal PPD functional teams. You should be able to ensure and demonstrate high quality and correctness of quantitative functions in investigator grant templates.

In order for you to be successful and integral part of our Global Investigator Grants team, you need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related area
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in bid preparation and/or the development and fulfillment of contracts requirements with demonstrated ability to take on increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software (minimally Word and Excel).
  • General knowledge of contractual documents.
  • High quality oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple deliverables with firm deadlines and multiple competing priorities.
  • Ability to coordinate information and follow-up with various sources in order to meet clients' requirements for proposal and budget development.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
